Has anyone here fired cast boolits from their M93 Swiss cavalry carbines. These are really sweet little rifles; but might be a challenge because of the weird chamber cut for a paper-patch bullet.........................

I thought that round always used a jacketed bullet?
I think it used the M90 cartridge which was a paper-patched steel capped bullet. After the M11 came along, they made a long round-nosed bullet to shoot in the 1889 rifles and m93 carbines. I think that is how the story goes.........................
