Do they have one or more lube grooves? If so, they you can lube them. It won't hurt a thing.
I don't Know your answer but if it was me I would lube and shoot, you can do enough for one shooting just n case you don't like them.
Since the Moly coating is a lubricant, I don't understand why you would want to lube them?
Try shooting cast bullets with no lube except for molybdenum disulfide powder and wax. It may work beautifully. Let us know what you learn.
Thanks all……I shot them before….in a micro groove bbl and got terrible leading. I'm thinking about using them in my sharps with bp and was going to pan lube em with some spg. They are soft so I'm not even gonna try em with smokeless again……but they were free!
