MY CZ 452 at 50 yards

This gun shoots like a house a fire with just about anything I put in it.
This is 5 rounds of wolf match rifle shot from the bench.
Weather cool/overcast with wind at about 15mph from the southwest.
The gun had about 300 rounds of various brands of ammo shot in it before
this group, most were almost as good.
BTW I won the match that day 6/14/13

Please tell me that your rifle is scoped. If not be nice and let me think it is.

Before I put a small scope on my 452; I was experimenting with the range adjustable sights and was pleasantly surprised that the range markings followed the trajectory, at least to 125 yards.

I my CZ 452 is capable of the same groups when my son is shooting it. CCI Stingers.

It is an incredible rifle and I wish I could have bought a couple more.

A true, QUALITY .22 (rifle or handgun) is a joy forever.

Without any particular fuss or bother, they will shoot amazing groups for the entire lifetime of the owner

I don't have a CZ rimfire just now, but my Anschutz sporter does the job admirably. With an all-up weight of just over seven pounds and 24" barrel, it shoots TINY groups with most .22 Long Rifle ammo. Selecting the ammo by side-by-side comparison helps too, but if I HAVE to, almost any brand will suffice.

The trigger is perfect, and a Leupold 4X MX-8 has taken up residence on the receiver.

A high-quality rifle of ANY caliber is worth the shekels, not just centerfires!

We have some world-class .22 handguns remaining from our Bullseye competition days, including a Unique DES69 (French) and a Russian TOZ 35 Free Pistol.... a 2-ounce trigger and left-hand grips which I put my hand INTO, wearing the gun much like a glove. (Do a google search for "TOZ 35 pistol" to get a peek at it). My wife won the Canadian Ladies' Championship firing that Unique.

Still, every time I see the CZ .22s that live with 9.3x62AL and NVCurmudgeon, I get that old twitch of "need". A man really can't have too many, after all...what if that Anschutz gets too hot to hold, f'r instance???

    NICE rifles!

I just bought a 452 about 4 or 5 months ago. It has a cheap Barska 3-9X on it. I have shot it with Aguila Std. Velocity. Groups were around 5/8" at 50 yards.

I have a scout model with the threaded barrel suppressed. Most accurate .22 I have owned, and could care less what ammo I feed it.

I don't know about all CZ's, but mine seems to have a very even and for lack of a better term, smooth bore. It is also noticeably tighter than my other .22 rifles when I push a patch through while doing maintenance, i.e. the same size patch takes more effort than in say my old Savage Model 120A.

My bore is a tight one as I had to buy a 17 cal. cleaning rod cause my 22 rod rubbed the lands.
    Tight chamber too.

My 452 American loves Federal Auto-Match to the tune of 3/8" - 1/2" groups at 50 yds. At 100 it still groups under 1". Best .22 rifle I've ever owned.

If you guys think you like the CZ, go to Rimfire Central and listen to those people. WOW.

Great shooting rifles!!!!!! And very likely one would have ended up here except for the Ol'Coot having a thing about clips which extend below the stock line. SillY Ol'Coot!

Guess he'll just need to be happy with his Clark Custom 77/22.

I've had my 452 American for about 4 years now and about 4,000 rds. of ammo down the bore. I mounted a Leupold VX II 3-9x33 EFR scope on her. She is by far the most accurate .22 I've ever shot. I shot mostly SK standard plus & CCI SV. I can shoot 10 five shot groups in a row and average .375" at 50 yds. Sub 1" at 100 yds. is fairly common. the first group in the 8 group poto was from a cold bore, the 2 single groups were shot at 100 yds.
