If that is the same as a 351 wsl I think you can turn the rims off 357 mag brass.

As for how to load for it, I suppose you load it just like anything else. Gunpowder and boolits of the right size and shape.

Cases can be easily formed from either .357 Mag cases (turn down rims, trim to length), or .223 cases (trim to length). You can lap out a Lee push thru sizer to .352 and size down .358 diameter cast for the .38/.357 family of cartridges.
Charley, how do you lap out a Lee push through sizer? They aren't taking custom orders, and I would love to have one in .352.
