I use those exact screen sizes to separate my powder.
It works well and does match most factor powder grain sizes.
But I only do BP right now.

I shoot round balls in my .75 blunderbuss / Musketoon
.75 is 11 gauge and smooth bore.
I can’t say that it is accurate because the rifle doesn’t have sights.

I was only talking about testing how the Acetone /Powder binder burns.
Just take some of your Binder and paint a little bit in a little strip of paper or a strip of aluminum.

You can test it and see if that binder with the powder Boosts the ignition of the primer.

I went to the .61 bore diameter on that Renegade because , I had a .600 dia round ball mold.
The rifled barrel shoots better at 100 yards then the original .56 SB did.
