OK, I did find P.P. in the burn charts on the Internet. Just not In my physical manuals here at home. They all show PP to be #34 and Unique to be #32. So really close.
Those loads are pretty much all I've been able to find too. I don't have any experience with Power Pistol, otherwise I would do some careful extrapolating using the burn charts and the few 115 gr....
I'm finally ready to start loading for my very, very early 1900's '92 Win 32.20. It has been cleaned and checked over by a trusted gunsmith, and is in very good shape for its age.
I am wanting...
Thanks guys. I just waited a long time to get this new brass, and being expensive to boot, I sure don't want to ruin any more brass than I have to just during the learning curve.
How far down the case do I need to annealing? And can I annealing them by dipping them in my lead pot while I cast my bullets? Or just use a candle?
I am new to reloading the 32.20. Do I need to anneal my new brass (neck area)? I also bought some once-shot brass, should it be annealed? Just wondering cause i have been reading that the 32.20...

Another of the 'black' birds I haven't seen as much is the red wing black birds. But plenty of hawks. Will hawks chase red wings and crows away?
Well, I decided to order the 311008 clone from Arsonal Molds a couple weeks ago. Like others, I tried to leave messages but got no reply, so I just went on a wing and a prayer and ordered it anyway....
What bullet mold would you recommend for a '92 win 32-20 lever action built in 1915?
The rifle is in very good working order and is a solid little gun. It was given to me by the family of a very...

Your boolits sized to .310" sound about perfect, but you might try bumping them up to .311". But then I am certainly not as experienced as a lot of others on here so I may be way of base. Bruce
Hi Speed. 38 Spl. is my favorite "fun" cal. to shoot, plus my ccw gun of choice. Please continue you're posts as I really look forward to them. Bruce
Based on you kind folks, I will be satisfied with my 850 fps load, and try to find some Power Pistol. Bruce
45Dude I just went in and weighed one of the boolits...168 grs according to my RCBS balance beam scale. They are plain base, pc`ed, 65:35 soft lead:ww, out of an MP brass mold.
What gun did you...
I am using a 158 gr rnfp (165 gr my alloy) boolit in my 3" LCR-x. Is ~1000 fps obtainable or even wise? I can reach ~850 pretty easy and have found a fairly accurate load. But that extra 150 fps...

One of my sons went out a few days ago and found a big handful of the small, gray mushrooms. Just enough for a good taste. I was kinda surprised cause it's been unseasonably cool and cloudy with lots...
I have tried most of the popular 158gr 38 Spl powders. I keep going back to Red Dotfor it, as well as for reduced loads in many other rifle/pistol loads.

Glad, lol me too....I believe the 'stand your ground' law applies here?!

Winger, same thing happened to me too. Got me kind of skittish, so I broke down every last one that I had just loaded. I don't remember how many but it was several. Now I only use and trust my beam...

My SIL finally decided on a 350 legend on an AR15 platform. ( I tried to get him to get it in bolt action). Anyway, I would like to try reloading for it but don't know what size boolit or bullet to...
